Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking 24-48 hours before the date of the service, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the service. If you cancel your booking within 24 hours of the date of the service, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the service. If Sit Happens needs to cancel, a full refund or alternative arrangement will be offered. By booking services, the client also confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
